  • TeriyakI sauce - 500gm
  • Whole sesame seeds - 5gm
  • Whole black sesame seed - 5gm
  • Olive oil - 10ml
  • Vegtable & grain mix
  • Three Colour Quinoa - 700gm
  • Black wholegrain rice -500gm
  • Red wholegrain rice - 500gm
  • Baby spinach - 200gm
  • Spring onion trimmed - 5pce
  • Tamarind sauce -200gm
  • Mango - pce
  • Peas -200gm
  • Broccoli - 200gm
  • Crispy fried onions -50gm
  • Severn seed mix -125gm
  • Miso stock base -50gm
  • Ceasar dressing - 300ml

Tuna

1. Coat the tuna with the sauce , sesame seeds and oil and grill until cooked – Use as required.

Grains and vegtable mix

1. Blanch all grains and chill.
2. Mix together the grains and add sliced spinach and spring onions then the dressing.
3. Place into a serving bowl and top with roasted broccoli , blanched peas , diced mango , crispy onions, munchy seeds and your choice of protein.
4. Mix the dressing with miso and drizzle over the protein.
