In early February, Direct Seafoods attended the Norwegian Seafood Summit, an insightful day filled with presentations from an array of experts within the seafood industry; with representatives from the Norwegian Seafood Council, Seafish and Great British Chefs. Presentations focused on new strategies, consumer trends, facts on exports to the UK and market figures, future and current change within the seafood industry.
